LENVIOR'S  SHIPPING INFORMATION

UK Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked and signed)

5-10 working days to be delivered 

Orders must be placed on or before 12pm GMT to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 2-5 business days. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday (EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS)

Order Tracking:
A tracking number will be promptly issued via email within 5 business days of placing your order. The tracking information will be updated as soon as the order is processed and collected by the delivering company.

Signature Requirement: When your package arrives, a signature will be required to guarantee safe delivery. The shipment will be returned to your local depot if you are unable to sign. Since we do not give refunds for items shipped to incorrect locations, you must provide an accurate shipping address.

Stock Availability: Within 48 hours of receiving an order, we try our best to ship out popular styles . We will send you an email within 24 hours if an item is out of stock.

Customs Fees & Taxes: If there are any import taxes or customs fees associated with an order, the customer is responsible for paying them.

Cancellations: Orders are processed instantly upon placement, and cancellations result in costs being charged. As such, once an order has been placed, we are unable to change or cancel it. Please ensure satisfaction with items placed in the shopping cart before ordering. 

Refunds: We do not offer refunds.

Wigs, frontals, bundles, and other hair extensions are not refundable due to hygienic and/or health reasons. Before completing your purchase, ensure that you have chosen the right colour, style, and type.

Returns for Damaged Items: Please contact customer care (lenvior.co.uk@gmail.com) with clear images and proof of purchase for products that have manufacturing faults. The same style and colour will be used to replace any defective products. Returns are not accepted if the item has been used, opened, or altered. Products will go through a comprehensive quality examination, and returns must be notified within 7 days after arrival.

Product Maintenance and Aftercare: We provide aftercare guidelines in your package to help you keep your item in good condition. Lenvior disclaims no liability for damage resulting from the use of chemicals or products by customers or other parties. Before using new hair products, it is advised to do a 24-hour patch test.
