Lenvior only sells the highest quality human hair. We are currently not selling synthetic hair of any kind.

Once your order is placed we are unfortunately unable to amend any products. Things like name or address may be changed- please contact lenvior.co.uk@gmail.com for further assistance.

Our hair takes heat well and can be straightened or curled to your liking.

Confirmation emails are sent instantly once an order has been placed, please check your spam or junk folder. If you are still having issues please quote your confirmation number alongside a proof of purchase and send it via email at lenvior.co.uk@gmail.com

Unfortunately once your order has been placed we are unable to cancel it.

We use Parcel Force to deliver our hair from our warehouse to your doorstep. Our delivery takes from 5-10 days.

Our shipping is free.

You will be emailed a tracking number around 5 days after placing your order.

Please allow up to 48 hours from the time of receiving your tracking number for an update on your parcel.

By following the wig maintenance leaflet included in your order and avoiding tugging and pulling at your hair vigorously, you can expect your hair to last up to 2–3 years.

As of now Lenvior only offers 5-10 working day delivery.
